Our stay was great and we would highly recommend it to everyone; the location was lovely, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and there was a fantastic restaurant just a short walk from here.

The hotel staff is VERY HELPFUL and nice. It has magnificent and stunning location to see a long white-sand beach.

The location was perfect, just across from the beach and surrounded by great dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We enjoyed the convenience of having a Korean breakfast restaurant right in the hotel, and the Mexican-style bar was a fun spot to relax. We loved being so close to Hamdeok, one of the most beautiful beaches on Jeju, and it made exploring the island easy. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was superb - right by the beach and very close to Hamdeok beach. The view from my room, which had a balcony, was absolutely stunning with a great view of the mountains. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed, including new clean towels in my room. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was really good. There was a good variety of options to choose from and the quality of the food was satisfying.

One thing that could be improved is the check-out process.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the two complementary water bottles provided in our room, as well as the free shampoo and towels. the hotel's location is excellent, with a stunning beach right across the street and many nice restaurants and bars nearby. We especially enjoyed relaxing on our room's small balcony, taking in the beautiful ocean view.

The staff's customer service did not meet our expectations. We experienced a check-out mistake and were called down from our room without receiving an apology when the error was realized.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and enough space for two people. the bathroom is well-equipped with free toiletries and towels.

There seem to be some issues with the staff, who can be unhelpful and unwelcoming towards guests, especially foreigners.

What a fantastic Thanksgiving spent at this hotel! It provided great comfort and a memorable experience. One thing we found particularly enjoyable was the close proximity to the beach, making it easy to swim at any time of the day or night. the room was spacious enough for us with a beautiful sea view. There was even a lovely Mexican-style bar within the hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and great music where we enjoyed some delicious drinks.

Although this hotel was memorable for so many reasons, one aspect that stood out as not so great was the front desk staff. They appeared unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome during our stay.
